Care Navigator Vacancy
Ready for a new challenge?
Little St John’s Surgery are looking for a Care Navigator to join our team in Woodbridge. You will need to be flexible, highly motivated and friendly with an excellent eye for detail.
The post offers 22 hours a week as follows:
Monday AM - 08:00 to 13:00
Wednesday PM - 13:00 to 19:00
Thursday AM - 08:00 to 13:00
Friday PM - 13:00 to 19:00
*Plus occasional Saturday mornings and cover for holidays and sickness as required. Any employment offer will be subject to a full DBS check and References.
